Michelle Williams Founder & Director Lash Brow Haus & ProLash

Michelle became a cosmetic tattooist some 12 years ago following a successful career in the beauty industry.

Prior to this, she spent six years in phlebotomy which provided her with an intimate understanding and appreciation of client hygiene and health.

This required her to undertake specialised collections such as arterial blood gas and newborn baby blood, whilst also assisting with bone marrow collection.

Because of her expertise, Michelle was often sought out by Doctors and Nurses to assist in obtaining problematic samples from patients. Her experience and technique with micro precision needling was in high demand.

This foundation of her skills in phlebotomy linked to her beauty and tattooing abilities combined, really gives her a distinct and unique approach to the world of cosmetic tattooing.

Michelle was personally trained by Suzanne Rennison, a pioneer of micro-pigmentation and cosmetic tattooing in Australia and New Zealand, treating clients both nationally and internationally.

Throughout Michelle’s career as a specialist cosmetic tattooist, she has continued to enhance her cosmetic tattooing techniques through further training and has established an ever-increasing clientele base primarily through word of mouth.

Michelle currently holds 12 certifications in Cosmetic Tattoo training across Australia and annually attends the prestigious Master Class training, to enhance her skills, whilst ensuring the latest techniques are on offer to her clientele.

This Master Class training gives valuable insight into the latest equipment, technology, and techniques as they are developed for the market. Additionally, it allows her to keep abreast of new methods of micro pigmentation, improved safety and hygiene techniques.

As an add-on service to her clients, Michelle introduced eyelash extensions. This eyelash extension service was embraced by clients at a rate, way beyond her expectations and she has developed master skills in the fine art of extensions.

In fact, she has established the company, ProLash which is a major industry leader in eyelash supply and training in Australia and is rapidly expanding globally.

The combination of Michelle’s phlebotomy and extensive cosmetic tattooing experience has resulted in a winning and unique formula and safe approach with all her beauty procedures.
